Develop Competency Based Development Program to support company’s objectives
Develop & deliver Learning Modules, Training/Teaching Guide, Participant’s Workbook for every training module [Technical & Leadership]
Create Summary Report / Post Event Evaluation based on all batches training program executed
Create & control general event schedule and budget in details with high accuracy and efficiency
Coordinate training calendar & conduct to all parties involved (trainers, supporters, trainees), inclusively Calendar of Training of Units (Mandatory & General training)
Requirement
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Must have a minimum 3 years in related position
- have a good knowledge in KAIZEN dan Learning Management System
- provent experience as instructional designer and learning content development.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willing to be travel
