Business Function

Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. we provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decision. in additional, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure

Responsibilities
  • Memantau delq rate, presentasi laju aliran dan hasil recovery dari account- account Surabaya dan remote area
Monitoring delq rate, flow rate & recovery result from Surabaya and remote area account * Memantau produktivitas semua staff Surabaya dan remote area.

Monitoring productivity all staff in Surabaya and remote area * Memastikan sumber daya yang ada sesuai sesuai dengan kapasitas yang ada

Ensuring actual resources are align with require capacity * Semua agenda training dikerjakan dengan tepat waktu

All agenda training on timely manner

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience in collection/banking area
  • Have understanding in all banking product knowledge
  • Degree from reputable university
  • Have an experience in Banking Industry
  • Work Independently and learn fast
  • Positive Attitude
  • Strong sense of ownership of results
