This role requires the successful candidate to articulate my client's business value to prospects and existing customers in a systematic and methodical manner while demonstrating deep understanding of the account's business and needs. It will also play a key role in continuously providing insights on the sales and growth processes, tools and analytic employed throughout to continually scale its commercial organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Directly report to the CEO and own the enterprise sales function.
- Oversee strategic relationships with Large enterprises.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the customer's (B2B) needs, market trends, industry challenges,
Sales Operations team by managing client / prospect meetings to increase pipeline and grow
the current and future accounts. * Accountable for measuring weekly pipeline development activities tied to monthly pipeline targets.
- Manage core performance KPI's and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead and coordinate weekly forecast and pipeline review meetings.
- Communicate and establish expectations for weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure market feedback is incorporated into product

Requirements:

strategic partnerships * Over 8 years of experience leading sales teams in technology companies and developing and executing
business strategies * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia).
- Proven record of driving adoption and account growth
- Hands-on experience using success tools (e.g. Salesforce, etc) is a plus
