About the client:
Our client is the global chemical leader with a growing presence in the biosafety space. They continue their expansion with the growth of their Life Sciences team. They are currently looking for Finance Accounting Manager to overview all the daily and monthly operation and report it directly to the Country Manager.
Job Descriptions:
- Provide accurate, clear, relevant and reliable financial information for the purpose of booking and distributing information over record-to-report process, authorizing for action and complying with established accounting standards and practices; hence it will be enabling management to make the right decisions.
- Develop a systematic and structured methodology and consistent implementation to safeguard assets. It is including but not limited to performing pre-check of documentations for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and appropriateness prior to booking and payment in compliance with corporate standard, authorization matrix and guidelines. Fixed Assets tracking and control are part of this accounting responsibilities.
- Maintains proper accounts reconciiation, financial information, files and records (i.e. copies of paid invoices, checks, documentation, reimbursement, reports, vendor files, receipts, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliances with established Ecolab policy, external policies and regulatory guidance including but not limited to Indonesia Tax Office regulation.
- Managing and maintaining control over master data management, emphasizing on customer & contract master data and vendor master data, including employee vendor master data.
- Develop tax strategies which minimize corporate expenses and collaborate with management in adopting and/or planning tax accounting procedures and provide advice on related tax considerations
- Ensure Tax Compliance in daiy operation and monthly tax reporting to Indonesia Tax Office.
- Conduct and review tax audits and coordinates & negotiate with official tax matters and tax consultant.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Economics
- Min. 7 years working experiences, preferably in global and or public company
- Possess strong understanding and knowledge of Indonesian and international accounting principles (US GAAP and PSAK), corporate finance concepts and financial statements.
- Competent at the use of English (verbal, written & reading)
- Have an experience in accounting software especially Oracle Software
