- Provide HR support to employees related to personnel administration (BPJS, work contract)
- Oversee the management of day-to-day HR practices, which include, but not limited to: Recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, people development
- Identify KPIs from each department to warrant better ways to assess employee's productivity
- Involved in the execution of training & development, addressing skill gaps
- Enhance employees' satisfaction by actively identify areas of improvement within HR, such as implementation of culture & internal employee programs, establish new perks and benefits
In order for you to be successful in this role, you have to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management; or
- Approximately 10 years of experience with proven track-record of handling end-to-end HR matters as an HR generalist
- Sound knowledge of the local labor and employment law
- Well-adept to the differences in culture and characteristics of a highly-diverse company
- Stellar communication skill with pleasant personality
- Fluent in English

- The authority to initiate and plan HR programs that benefit the company, whilst taking part in their business expansion plan
