· Works according to the policies and procedures of the hotel, controls and checks all duties related to the engineering section
· Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
· Repairing and maintaining kitchen equipment
· Maintains quality of work to meet the hotel standards
Work Experience
· Discipline, good attitude and self motivated
· Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity
· Highly focused and have excellent communication skills
· Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player
· Ability to work well in high-pressure situations
