Company Description: BERZY is a shoe cleaning company that focuses on delivering high quality and impactful products to help people maintain the state of their favorite pairs of shoes.
We seek to become the world's best shoe cleaning product. Our main target is sneakers and athletic shoes. But, our product is safe to be used on any shoe material, safe on color, and non-irritant on skin.
We seek highly energetic individuals who are excited working in a retail startup and not afraid to push some boundaries.
Job Description: Content & Event Marketing focuses on delivering creative and impactful marketing strategies through the use of media and also real-life activities. The objective is to increase brand awareness of BERZY to the end consumers. We seek individuals who can creatively come up with ideas to engage the market.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop marketing strategies through different digital and physical platforms. Digital includes social media, blogs, and forums. Physical include magazines, newspapers, flyers, brochures, invitations, and more.
2. Lead creative projects through discussion and guidance. The individual should display some level of anatomy, which means can perform a job well-done without being monitored continuously.
3. Spread information about BERZY through online channels. This includes creating internal contents and also collaborating with magazines to display our products.
4. Create engaging contents to improve BERZY social media performance in Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
5. Locate and participate in real-life events to boost BERZY brand awareness.
6. Be physically present to check up on real-time events and activities. This includes: Bazaar, Trade Shows, Collaboration events, and more.
Requirements:
1. Have previous experience in the world of marketing in both digital and physical space.
2. Possess creative mindset and ideas. Can creatively write and communicate.
3. Brave and courageous in challenging the status quo.
4. A person who is not afraid to get their hands dirty to do a job well-done.
5. Have affinity towards sneakers and shoes in general.
