PMO Kartu Prakerja has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Research Staff. The role is responsible for: (i) coordinating research and building organisational capacity on research, (ii) assisting and controlling the quality of all research projects across divisions, including but not limited to research designs, methods, data management strategies, data analysis, and publication writing, (iii) coordinating and maintaining effective relationships with external researchers (iv) organizing knowledge sharing (v) searching for new evidence or creating new knowledge that contributes to the achievement of the organization/national priorities through primary or secondary data collection.

Requirements
- A Master’s degree in economics, statistics, or any other related field of study is required.
- At least 2 years of considerable experience of working with survey data
- Strong econometric skills and broad experience in undertaking econometric analysis of survey data would be highly desired.
- Proven STATA programming skill is required (proficiency in SQL and R will be prioritized).
- Familiarity with survey research literature, methods, and processes would be an asset.
- Strong writing skills and communication skills are highly desired.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, and ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders in a sensitive environment is required.
