Job Qualification:
  • Bachelor Degree from related field required or equivalent experience
  • Familiar with ERP System
  • Ability to turns number into reliable insights (simplification and emphasizing)
  • Presentation skills and speaking ability
  • Cross function collaboration skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong applied in math skills, especially in inventory calculation and management
  • Excellent database and excel skills
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts and inventory metrics
Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise inventory control and custom clearance team.
  • Work with management, warehouse, planning, accounting, procurement, and sales teams in operations.Lead and facilitate team related to do inventory raw material and finished goods reduction.
  • Supervise the Material movement and provide advice to the warehouse and planning team to improve the inventory management
  • Analyse the ABCD categorization and provide the provision proposal
  • Supervise and make decision to control the Days Inventory Overdue based on Company Target.
  • Leading to reduce customs clearance cost for import purchases.
  • Ensure the smooth stock count activities with low variance based on agreed KPI.
  • Others matter determined by the Company or Superior related to the inventory control
