About the Department
The customer engagement unit is a newly created unit within Novo Nordisk Indonesia that allows you to drive overall Customer Engagement strategy and programs to effectively engage with HCPs (healthcare professionals). The team consists of highly motivated Commercial Excellence, and Business Analysts personnel who are passionate about improving the lives of patients with diabetes and other chronic diseases.
You will report to the Multichannel Customer Engagement Manager (MCE).
This position is in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Position
As a Content Specialist, you will drive the delivery and execution of customer-centric content across multiple channels, provide strong insight, study, and data-driven conclusions to create a feedback loop and continuously improve the Multichannel Customer Engagement journey in the affiliate.
Your main responsibilities will include:
-Translate the brand’s customer needs, data, and studies into customer-centric content, based on brand strategy from Marketing.
-Collaborate and manage the delivery of content calendar with MCE Manager, Marketing, and Medical to deliver customer-centric content throughout the year.
-Own content approval process for non-branded materials, and pilot third-party agency and Content Hub to deliver high-quality content based on customer needs and brand strategy.
-Provide analytics of contents delivered to HCP including but not limited to content utilization, content acquisition and conversion by customers, content effectiveness, and customer feedback.
-Partner with Customer Engagement Business Analyst to ensure updated customer data and consent of Novo Nordisk digital channel via Customer Identity and Access Management tools.
Qualifications
-You have
a minimum Bachelor’s
Degree in
Medical, Pharmacist, and healthcare-related science background, or a BS/BA Degree in business/marketing/communication.
-You have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry ideally in a similar function. Visual design and video editing ability is a plus.
-You have a strong background in content creation, and copywriting for healthcare, health tech, and other health-related industry and can work with data and analysis especially digital analytics data.
-You have a good track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions.
-Technologically savvy and have a basic understanding of good digital marketing tactics with excellent communication skills, and fresh graduate with proven experience in content creation is also welcome .
