Job Desc :
1. Conduct technical & end to end recruitment process for local employees, especially for Head Office & Warehouse needs
2. Communicate with all related departments to ensure that all manpower request are appropriate as company needs
3. Actively involve in various activities promoting employers brand to attract potential candidates.
4. Have a good experiences for Mass Hiring process from planning, execution, and reporting.
5. Strong in sourcing candidates, approach candidates, manage the recruitment process, and maintain relation with user (end to end recruitment)
6. Good at communication & interpersonal skills
7. Good ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Persyaratan
Requirement :
1. Maximum 30 years old
2. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
3. At least 2 years of working experiences as a Recruiter in big company (Headhunter preferable)
4. At least 2 years of working experiences as a Talent Acquisition
5. Able to conduct psychotest and interview
6. Good communications skills
7. Responsive, detail oriented, good attitude and communication skills
8. Strong willing & high motivation for working in retail business company
9. Able to work under pressure and willing to be placed in Head Office, Cakung, Jakarta
10. Willing to work on Saturday (full day)
