Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Responsible for overall company's marketing strategies including brand activation, market positioning as well as market education on multiple platforms
- Ensuring market leadership by active involvement by carrying out sales and marketing activities, including trade show, exhibitions, and other key events and promotions; such as workshops, company receptions, etc.
- Ensuring achievement of company targets in terms of profitability and volume
- Responsible for internal and external marketing communication
This role is based in Jakarta we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. Whilst fluency in English would be an advantage strong written and spoken Bahasa is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organisational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
Other key requirements include:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles and responsibilities
- Fluent in English
- Preferably candidates from B2B industry or start up business
- Having MNC background is a must
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic marketing plans
- Proven track record of brand activation
- Proactive and able to initiate and communicate effective solutions with cross divisional stakeholders
- Have a strong leadership skill
- Able to work independently
- Fast learner and able to work under pressure
