Manulife Indonesia IT Senior Operations Analyst is responsible to handle all Noncore system Operations, Finance, and Compliance & Legal technology, it involves core system and public-facing applications with a third Party & Regional.

- University graduate in computer science or technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as Microsoft Dynamics & Java Software Developer Engineer.
- Experience in the software development lifecycle, Agile, DevOps, from conception, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning implementation, testing to documentation, delivery and maintenance is preferred, continues integration and other approaches to accelerate the delivery of new features.
- Experience how technology supports Business Strategy
- Experience Strong Microsoft Dynamics for support CRM, Camunda BPM, and Claim System.
- Experience using one or more relational databases and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL , Azure Cosmos DB) ,etc
- Experience Version Control Bitbucket/GIT/Svn Source Code Management
- Understanding Web service, Azure Web Service Kubernetes,
- Understanding DevOps and using CD/CI tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Experience OS Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, Unix , etc.
- Experience in cloud platform such as Oracle Cloud, Azure Kubernetes Services, etc
- Proactive, capable self-motivated ,and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Fast Learner, have strong interpersonal, communication ,and analytical skill
- Collaborative attitude, willingness to work with team members; able to coach, participate in code reviews, share skills and methods
- Love changes to do own research / learning and solving problems.
- Good verbal and written communication; effectively articulates technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes
- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders
Responsible for the seamless functioning of technology and applications for the benefit of internal and external users
- Assists with the resolution of issues surfaced by support analysts
- Resolves technical issues and records transactions via the ticketing system
- Promotes persistent issues to Engineers and Architects where necessary
- Analyzes contributes to, and improves ongoing business processes and workflows; supports incident resolution and production
- Support applications and systems by meeting or exceeding standards and service levels while minimizing operational risk
- Performs some or all of the following tasks: data management, data loads, run scans, validation scripts, schedule production releases
- Understanding of when to engage appropriate partners (internal or external vendors) to resolve operational issues and plan parallel work streams when possible
- Uses from a catalog of scripts and solutions to solve known issues regarding configuring, provisioning, and maintaining software/platform
- Develops training material, processes, and flows to enable users to optimize the use of software/platform
- Deep business acumen, able to support the delivery of value proposition
