As our Key Account Manager, you will be finding and building new business opportunities and driving sales within your accounts, making sure that our customers constantly get the full value of Axis.
You will be working on the field, closely with partners and System Integrators (SIs), making sure that you are there for them, ensuring our common success in projects. You will handle accounts on a daily basis, acting as a professional interface between the accounts and Axis.
This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Continued Business Growth through working closely with the accounts
- Account planning and accurate forecasting from researching and analyzing
- Develop clear business plans for the accounts
- Co-create solutions for identified markets thereby developing the project pipeline
- Mentor and equip accounts to build sustainable business partnerships
- Setting annual targets on each account and continuously follow up on KPI’s
- Initiate and participate in activities that influence end-users and generate demand e.g. trade shows, seminars, technical training and webinars
- Prepare timely sales reports for new and existing projects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5 – 8 years’ working experience and 3-5 years’ experience in a similar sales position
- Experience working with indirect sales, in a technical sales position from the IT or Security industry
- IT exposure in networking, IP-based technologies, and/or Security and related applications with sound knowledge of Security related technology
- Able to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong technical background i.e; good knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies and related applications
- Driven and self-motivated team player
- Ambitious and pro-active
- Has good organizational skills, and able to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in CRM such as Salesforce
