- Leading skill on manage team and sell-out

- Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving person
- Willing to be place in Kembangan, Jakarta Barat
- Formulate channels development schemes, manage the channels to fulfill constant increase of sales according to sales targets,
- Develop local sales channels of distributors or wholesalers etc., for example tobacco shops, supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, bars, restaurants, petrol stations etc., and maintain strong relationship with them.
- Evaluate and train the distributors to develop the abilities of potential distributors to meet standards.
- Monitor the sales performances of distributors and search for constant improvements to promote sales and make sure the inventories of distributors are reasonable.
- Ensure sell-in target achievements and payback.
