▪ At least 2 years of working experience in relevant area is required

▪ Fluent in English (both oral & written)
▪ Retail industry background is preferable
▪ Computer literate: EXCEL proficiency is required
▪ Have prior experience with CRM, RMS, PSS, and retail POS systems
▪ Fast learner, attention to detail & trustworthy with a pleasant personality
▪ Ability to work in a team and individually, and high levels of professionalism and result-oriented are required.
Tanggung Jawab
▪ Handle new retail projects (Direct orders, POS system, etc.)
▪ Register new customer to the CRM system, checking approval for each store, and update RMS regularly
▪ Create customer portal system and send an email to the customer (user id and password)
▪ Coordination with the Supply Chain team related to direct order projects (SAP ID, demand, etc.)
▪ Input allocation to the PSS system
▪ Monitoring stock allocation from Xiaomi to the customer and coordinate with NRM team
▪ Monitoring PO and SO in the system
▪ Payment monitoring in the system and coordinate with finance
▪ Manage the POS administration process (products, price, stores, access layer, program, and so on)
▪ Implement the POS system (training, troubleshooting, and store visits)
▪ Training (CRM registration, customer portal, POS, etc.)
