Your role as an Operational Manager at Youwe
- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders to ensure proper operations of the company in Indonesia
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
Who you are
We need someone who is good at problem-solving and can plan strategically. Those things always relate to organisational skills, like being able to communicate with a team and proper budgeting that turns those strategies into something we can do effectively. That’s what we’re looking for in this role.
