Develop and run the strategy for brand owned asset (Social Media, Brand.com, WhatsApp, and Content Hub)
To ensure brand competitiveness in search (SEO & SEM) and explore better experience for consumer to interact with brand through brand.com.
Finding possibility for brand to develop online to offline integration.
Data Driven Marketing
To develop framework and run best in class data driven marketing execution In brand always on campaign with precision marketing approach.
To define audience strategy for category and actively seeking for opportunity on collecting first party data (DAD and DID).
To build full funnel digital marketing strategy for brand.
To be the champion of performance optimisation for brand digital marketing campaign. To initiate agile optimisation plan to deliver best result possible.
Activating 1-to-1 marketing activation for consumer, utilising brand owned data.
Accelerating data collection agenda to support professional marketing activity
Building and executing 1-to-1 professional marketing engagement via digital touchpoints (email marketing, Whatsapp activation, etc)
Develop and share learning related to DDM approach to both local team and global team.
eCommerce Acceleration
Championing brand activity in eCommerce to gain brand exposure in eCommerce.
Building strong content for create demand (search optimised) and convert demand (written content and supplementary image) for brand to gain discoverability and conversion.
Helping brand to find right portfolio mix in eCommerce and exploring new innovation that can works for eCommerce.
Evaluating eCommerce performance and building recommendation to optimise brand performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, digital media, communication.
5+ years of working experience in similar roles in Digital Marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media and advertising campaigns.
Technical skills required on performance marketing, DDM, full funnel marketing, programmatic and managing digital platform owned assets performance.
Passion for innovative solution in the digital marketing, e-commerce & online customers.
Highly experience in identifying target audiences.
Flexible, collaborative, pro-active, eager to do something new (not in status quo) and pro-experimentation.
Strong ability to generate insights from analyses and synthesize findings & strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments & solid knowledge of website analytics tools
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
