Job Description
- Manage user behavior and design the right category promotion on the platform
- Define buyer growth strategy and implement the initiatives
- Monitor and optimize category traffic efficiency for the focus supply
- Work closely with customer care team to improve the end-to-end buyer experience
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop category and create marketing campaigns
- At least 6 years of experience, prefer in category management/consulting roles
- Good understanding of marketplace/principal and has experience in retail business
- Highly capable of motivating and collaborating with internal cross functional stakeholder teams
- Strong in project management skillsets with proven track records
- Hybrid working options during the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e. working from home and within the main Jakarta office).
