What you will learn and contribute to
The Field Competence Support Engineer acts as the technical subject expert on all field activities, supporting project teams to ensure the technical quality level is reached according to contractual obligations (scope of work, SLAs) and responsible to ensure project scope for specific assigned cluster is delivered within cost, time and First Time Right (FTR) quality
As part of our team, you will:
- Responsible that the project site implementation scope for assigned area of responsibilities is delivered within project schedule and implementation quality.
- Manages internal and external project team members e.g., Field Supervisors and subcontractor teams for the site assignments.
- Plans, monitors, reports, and provides operational visibility of the assigned sites / area towards Roll-Out Manager (ROM). Leads by being the technical point of contact during the execution of the telecom implementation activities, ensuring rapid solution to the reported issues.
- Executes and maintains clear and effective internal and external communication with stakeholders.
- Escalates clearly and immediately non-compliance or any issues which can delay site implementation scope completion e.g., time schedule, resources, site quality, dismantled equipment, acceptance and participates of any reviews as needed according to project governance model.
