Job Description:
- Prepare annual and monthly sales targets per area / per dealer team based on economic conditions, trends, areas, dealer manpower strength and product focus
- Monitor the performance and target achievement of the Area Manager, Store Head and sales team
- Make weekly sales reports which include (total sales, leasing performance, Network performance, and Manpower performance)
- Work closely with Marketing Manager and Leasing to create programs that can increase sales and market share (eg product campaigns, incentive boosters, salesman competitions, etc.)
- Fostering the AM team, store heads, sales coordinators, PIC Network and salesmen to work together to achieve predetermined goals
- Observing market trends, supply and demand, as well as competitors to create an action plan
- Make long-term and short-term strategic planning to increase sales and their implementation
- Monitor the running of the Fleet Sales Instancy program so that it runs well and is in accordance with the company's targets
- Monitor performance and number of networks such as NEQ and small Channel2 in Bangka Belitung
- Mentoring AM, Head of shop, and sales team if needed
