About The Company:
An exciting Finance Manager role has become available in a fast-growing Healthcare Company
They have an overseas investor and is currently looking for a Finance Manager who will be reporting directly the CEO and FD. It will be placed in Bandung where the main office is located.
Job Descriptions:
- Provide in-depth analysis of financial projection, forecasting and budgeting
- Act as a Business partner to increase profitability of the company
- Preparing standard cost and analyze the budget vs actual periodically
- Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives
- Assist senior management in the strategic planning process, review and analyse all submissions of business strategy
- Preparation and review of financial and strategic plan, from monthly, quarterly, to annually
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance
- CPA or CMA or CA equivalents is required
- Background from Big 4
- Can do attitude and be a good team player
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
