- Formulate and execute brand strategies that are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives all the way to the measurement of the effectiveness of those strategies/initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and operations; and externally with vendor or agencies to develop and execute brand initiatives
- Manage the development and launch of new products
- Develop and execute advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Manage the brand's budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Holds a Bachelor Degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Brand Management or Brand Marketing, ideally from FMCG
- Proven track record in developing a brand with sensible budget
- Structured communication skills and solid leadership experience
- Comfortable to work with uncertainties
