Leads the analysis of business requirements and translates them into solution requirements to ensures their implementation throughout the project life cycle
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology/system or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT Business Analyst/System Analyst experience
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal, and can think out of the box
- English and Bahasa proficiency
- Three or more years of industry experience
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Coordinate and lead activities with business owners to gather detailed requirements through interviews, documentation and facilitated working sessions for approved projects and enhancement
- Providing the solution to business user based on business requirement and ensure the solution provided is aligned with Company's strategy and rules
- Organize and manage multiple assignments with competing priorities and deadlines, while adhering to departmental guidelines and expectations
- Support IT implementation activities, troubleshoot system environmental issues
- Produce an estimate for the level of effort/cost of new application functionality and perform quality review checks on project deliverables
- Support system configuration and integration testing including the functionality, performance and fit to ensure requirements are met
- Provide proper system documentation during system implementation
