- Lead the execution of end-to-end product development process; starting from requirement gathering, detailed requirements building, and preparing roll-out strategies
- Resolves technical/ working level issues in a product development process, ensuring product development targets are met.
- Work closely with the management team on formulating the pricing strategy.
- Conduct data analysis and gathering information from the field to gain key insights for next process and product improvement
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, finance, merchandising, operations to implement product features and enhancements
- Takes ownership of product development performance metrics in the area of responsibility
- Bachelor's Degree from top local or overseas universities with min. Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field is an advantage. MBA degree is a plus
- Min. 2 years of working experience in product management
- Passion in data-driven product development and making the world better through technology
- A strong drive to make things happen, charisma and ability to influence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive various growth projects
- Good understanding of product management / development, preferably in the internet space
