- Develop, plan and execute the company marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and achieve sales target
- Manage, track and report the budgets used for marketing activities
- Pro-actively proposing new marketing initiatives following the market changes
- Analyse and leverage customer insights from market research or customer surveys
- Assist in designing high ROI promotions
- Work closely with sales and partnership team and other related vendors
- Preparing and presenting annual reports to senior management
- Promoting the brand at events/exhibitions and other industry related events
- Manage and motivate the marketing team
Requirements:
- A bachelor degree in marketing, finance or business administration
- At least 5 years of working experience handling marketing activities
- Speak good English in written and verbal
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Can Do attitude and willing to work outside working hours when needed
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding
