- Responsible for managing, implementing, monitoring the system, ways of working across region.
- Developing promotion and activation program plan within company's goal and budget and achieve the sales target
- Identify sales growth and new channel opportunity in the area
- Ensure implementation of brand activities in the area - aligning with the approved marketing policies and guidelines
- Creating initiatives/ideas to compete and also deliver market share and sales volume
This role is based in Jakarta and only looking for Indonesian nationality. The successful individual must also have excellent track record in handling sub-area.
Other key requirements include:
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Preferably with at least 6 years experiences in GT sales
- Experienced in FMCG or distributor
- Assertive profile, strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organization and various cross-functions
- Strong and well proven leadership in managing big numbers of team.
