The Campaign Performance Manager is responsible for orchestrating all omni-channel activities to increase performance across the portfolio. Your focus will be on campaign management and ensuring activations are optimized in accordance with the defined strategy.
You are responsible for:
Focus on all omni-channel activities (TVC, Retail, PR, SEA - e-tailer search, Paid Social - Programmatic - Affiliate - Philips.com pages - CRM emails - E-trade content) supporting champions campaign for One Consumer and always-on presence for Personal Health.
Lead and activate champions campaign and always-on presence for Personal Health in the market defining the brief with local market marketing team.
Lead (leading, consulting, and coaching) to achieve local online excellence (on Activation Strategy, Analysis, Activation Business planning, Activation Marketing, Activation Activation/media, and (e-)Commerce) and contribute to the growth our brand preference and market share.
Responsible for the collectively set targets in your markets are achieved.
Brief and co-ordinate all external agencies and/or Philips capabilities (e.g., Activation Hub team).
Co-create the media ecosystem and target are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPI's
Ensure each media are in place and follow iteration loops when needed.
Drive analytics to support fact-based decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling
Drive online excellence for campaign activation, media planning, E-Commerce, performance media, and CRM.
Develop activation capabilities, practice change management to effectively contribute to driving growth, both in the hub and in your market on Activation marketing topics.
Leverage best practices and help to streamline the Activation marketing processes on in your market.
Leading and activating key campaigns for Personal Health, defining the brief and working closely with local marketing teams.
Ensuring effective communication and co-operation between the local Marketing team and external agencies and/or Philips capabilities.
Briefing and managing external agencies and coordinating with the internal Philips support functions.
Driving analytics to support fact-based marketing processes, and ROI modeling.
All omni-channel activities (TVC, Retail, PR, SEA - e-tailer search, Paid Social - Programmatic - Affiliate - Philips.com pages - CRM emails - E-trade content).
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
Significant experience in a Senior Campaign Performance or Digital marketing role.
Proven success in delivering strong digital performance and sales growth through digital platforms.
Experience streamlining activation processes.
Strong ecommerce experience.
Experience executing content strategies.
Native Indonesian language is Must; Working language for Thailand is English.
Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills and writing proficiency in English.
