HR Manager will report to CEO. This role will help the client to scale up the HR process and strategy within the company. This role will manage 2 junior subordinates.
The position will build out our end to end HR Strategy, including our Employer Branding efforts. Manages team of Talent Acquisition to deliver effective and timely recruiting solutions to source, assess, interview and hire exceptional talent.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, employee agreement, compensation and benefit plans and salary structure.
- Performance and Talent Management.
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Organize training, development initiatives and implementation of human resource policies.
- Increase people engagement and satisfaction through extensive support in employer branding and internal communication strategies.
- Facilitate the employee engagement and communication initiatives.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Organize quarterly, semester and annual employee performance reviews/appraisal.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of proven HR experience in end to end HR matter
- Experience operating with senior/executive management teams.
- Growth mindset, teamwork, self-starter, can do attitude, assertive, passionate with people.
- Data driven person with strong analytics, and Microsoft Office Excel savvy
- Excellent problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills. Strong ability to analyze, and understand data.
- People enthusiast and strong in employer branding.
- Experience utilizing Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Familiarity with channel management such as Slack, Trello, Zoom, Basecamp or other similar tools.
- Good knowledge of employment procedures / labor laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
