Job Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree from Law, Human Resources Management or Psychology from reputable university
- Fluently in english (verbal and written), good interpersonal skill, strong analytical, problem solving and positive mindset.
- Has working experience at Japanese company
- Have strong experience in Industrial Relations and Human Resources
- Well experienced planning for localization vendors (domestic - import parts)
- Must be in good health condition and free from drugs
- This position will run the day-to-day Human Resources-related activities such as but not limited to Lead and manage recruitment, personnel administration, employee relation, performance management, people development, organization development, industrial relations, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and General Affairs / Facility Management.
- Maintain good relationship internally (within the company) and externally (education institution, government, etc).
- A role model of collaborative working, valuing and developing employees
