MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of MICE, this position is responsible to implement all local & international group sales-related activities and maximize revenue opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility, thereby contributing to the local & international group revenue. This is applicable to handle both local and international group companies with minimum 10 rooms, with or without catering requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Degree holder from reputable university
Minimum 2 (two) years of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand
Self-starter and a team player as well
Excellent knowledge in Sales & Marketing and well immersed in Events Management
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communcation skills and computer literate
Outgoing personality with knowledge of basic selling skills
Flexible and able to work extended hours when required
