Job Description
- Assume role as IT Infrastructure Administrator in Indonesia (Single Contributor), coordinating daily directly to Global IT Infrastructure Team in Europe (HQ)
- As bridge between Indonesian client and Global IT Team
- Assist IT Infrastructure needs in other area (Jamaica, Malta, etc.) as per team decision and clients needs
- Ensures constant and high availability of company systems, proposes improvements, documents and reviews changes
- Monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues, ensures security and efficiency
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related major
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure
- Advance experience in configuring and managing VMware vSphere platform
- Advance experience of administrating Microsoft Windows Servers
- Advance experience in networking, routing and switching
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting & ITIL
- Fluency in written and spoken English
