- Oversees day-to-day activities of Office Manager such as: Monitors office operations, office equipment, office supply inventory and approves supply orders; Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed; Organizing, arranging, and coordinating meetings including organizing catering; Manages office correspondence; etc
- Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
- Respond to telephone, email, walk-in and website contact form inquiries from existing community members, prospective residents, management, vendors, and other constituents
- Handle minor financial transactions for the office, such as collecting rental payments and deposits, issuing receipts, and purchasing needed supplies
- Maintain resident and other office files while practicing company-wide file retention policies
- Collaborate with on-site maintenance team and external contractors to ensure that the property and individual units are repaired and maintained to meet company standards and local laws
- Handle resident complaints, maintenance requests and other concerns according to property-specific and company procedures
- Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee events
- Manages reception area and looks after visitors
- May take care of website functions and social media profiles
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
- Managing clerical or other administrative staff (Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents)
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post epare for the trip that will be carried out by the marketing and sales team includes arranging tickets, transportation and or accommodation during the trip, coordinating with GA/ office support staff.
- Assist General Manager as the Personal Assistant
- Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in business administration or related field with minimum 10 years and experience in Facility or Office Management.
- Professional, effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good in English for both of verbal and writing.
- Have the ability / understanding customer service system
- Ability to think innovatively and not be constrained by current practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
