Job Description
- Performs operational activities at outlets to ensure customer satisfaction
- Implements operational strategies to drive productivity and efficiency at outlet level
- Analyzes financial results at outlet level and finds way to maximize profitability
- Develops policies and procedures to support outlets operational activities
- Coordinates and monitors outlets operational activities in the day-to-day performance achievements
- Ensures that outlets goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
- Having deep knowledge and skills of food and beverage process and practice
- Having knowledge of Food Safety procedure
- Able to operate Google Workspace, especially Google Slides, Google Form, and Google Sheet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
