Responsibilities:
- Responsible for both country initiative and Regional projects under Digibank
- Support BAU / Production for Digibank and its surrounding systems
- Support Project for new Digital initiatives and also BAU enhancement
- Manage communication with Business, other Tech, and also vendor
- Able to handle multiple projects, identify business process, lead gathering the requirements and lead testing till deliverable
- Manage contract agreement with some partners
- Involve in conducting Production maintenance, issue tracking and coordinating issue resolution with various teams for all digibank ecosystem
- Has a role in production support for Digibank and subsystems, including issue investigation, bug fixing, changes management, security and audit compliance, manage communication with Regional Tech, other Local IT, Business Users, and Vendors.
- Involve in Project Management to manage CBG Digital Channel Projects and Initiatives, and also BAU enhancements.
- Graduate from reputable University with IT background is preferable
- Experience in managing project around 5 years, preferable in banking industry
- Experience in handling project related Core banking system, preferable Finacle application
- Good knowledge on retails and treasures products
- Project management skills
- Have effective communication skills
- Team oriented and good interpersonal skill
