- Responsible for the end-to-end process of consumer buying (e.g. Acquisition, Retention, Engagement, etc)
- Uses data to identify potential opportunities to improve customer experience
- Plan and execute thematic campaigns across the onsite platform, socials, and paid channels
- Generate and compile weekly post-mortem data to measure performance and be able to come up with improvements and action points
- Work very closely with the creative team to exercise brand guidelines in marketing collateral to be used across different marketing channels
- Collaborate closely with all relevant in-house merchandiser teams for new collection launches, daily flash sale, and other form of campaign
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree
- Min. 1 - 2 years experience working in marketing or campaign team for FMCG or Ecommerce
- Experience in an analytical, result-oriented environment with external customer interaction
- Eperience in managing end-to-end campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and report
- Strategic, analytical and creative thinker who's comfortable in presenting ideas and design solution
- Manage multiple projects, and balance competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment
- Maintain control over projects/responsibility under minimal supervision
