- Provide strategic direction to enhance Product Management Excellence, ensuring development and enhancement are being prioritized in the ideal sequence that are fitting the industry pace, yet scalable at the same time.
- Proactively sought new opportunities taking form of new technologies, partnerships, business model (working hand in hand with business team) for new revenue generator product development / process improvement product development.
- Set up and define manpower planning for Product Department that includes Product Management & Product Design Department.
- Ensure the growth of team members through setting up tangible metrics and formulating key skillsets to be developed.
- Working side by side with other C Levels to ensure cross department collaboration is in place and run smoothly.
- Min experience of 13 years in Technology world, have managed approximately 50 - 80 Product Managers.
- Experience in Financial Services product is not a must, yet will be a strong advantage.
- Ability to emphatize with users.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have experience in Product Experimentation knowing what works and what not.
- Have experience with various stage of Product Stages : 0-1, 1-10, 10-100 etcs.
