Job Description

  • Financial modelling
  • Evaluation of various feasibility study often involving technical matters, therefore techno-commercial skill is required
  • Sourcing for market study in public domain to do commercial due diligence for proposed project
  • Preparing presentation deck for project pitching to the management
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documentation in relation to business development activities (i.e. terms sheet, MOU, JV Agreement, Sale & Purchase Agreement)
  • Preparing information memorandum
  • Financial due diligence
  • Coordinating for full due diligence process (financial, tax, legal, operational, commercial)
Job Requirements :
  • Min Bachelor Degree in Finance, Management or equivalent
  • Having min 3 years of working experience in Business Development Analyst
  • Having experience in KAP
  • Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
  • Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
