You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Demi Chef will be responsible for producing foods for outlet within Grand Hyatt Jakarta. To prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year experience as Commis or 1 year of Demi Chef in a hotel or restaurant of good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands or teppanyaki, Sound of Standard for Hygiene and Sanitation
