- You will be responsible on handling all of the operation department in within the company and be the main point of contact for all matters of operations
- Other than the digital operations, you are also responsible for the operation division that includes the branch operations.
- The digital operations that you will oversee include the Customer Service, Customer Care, On boarding process and KYC Operations
- Delegating roles and responsibilities to ensure your team members are growing as a team and strong driven individuals
- To assess and implement a technologically improved process with new transformation and collaboration with other departments
- Driving the company's capabilities to surpass all customer retention and loyalty by controlling the company's operation capabilities
- You will be directly reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and manage a wide amount of team members
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or Business Administration from overseas or reputable local universities
- A minimum of 10 years of working experience from corporate banking, digital banking or financial technology industry
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a complex enterprise's human resources, strategic operations and general operations
- Demonstrated experience of strong level of ethical leadership with track records
- Must be able to speak English fluently for professional working proficiency
