Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for leading all aspects of finance and accounting operations to achieve company and group level targets
Provide leadership in the development of short and long term strategic financial objectives, including a roadmap for the achievement of financial targets as set in Annual Business Plan
Conduct tax planning and ensure compliance to direct taxes, indirect taxes, tax payments, withholding taxes, assessments, and appeals, etc. rules and regulations
Manage fund flows, working capital, credit management, term loans, Forex matters and ensure transactional KPIs (AR, AP, etc.) are maintained
Set KPIs, assess and provide guidance to team members for achieving team and organizational goals
Qualifications and skills:
ICA / MBA / Degree from a reputable institution and/or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum of 7-10 years of working experience in a matrix global organization with demonstrated success in finance functions, team management and shareholder returns
Hands on experience with IFRS and Indonesian tax and GAAP is a advantage
Proficiency in working with SAP and MS Applications
Proven experience in planning and forecasting, management reporting, project management and cost optimization
