As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be instrumental in sales in the team that directly impacts the company by managing strategic partnerships, identifying key business opportunities and managing internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge about Remittances, Disbursement, Bill Payment and Payment Industry
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Develop sales strategies and proposals
- Proactive and able to set priorities
- A Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, or a related field
- A fluent Japanese speaker (N1/N2 level with certification)
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related field
- Creative thinking skills. Whether it is seeing new ways of how existing opportunities could be developed or finding entirely new routes to market, creative thinking is essential for the role
- Ability to address what will be the success metrics of the potential business opportunity
- Ability to generate business model/scheme for commercial evaluation by using Excel/Google Sheet and closely evaluate with Corporate Development team
- Ability to communicate with Legal team to translate commercial scheme into a written contractual agreement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and IT fluency
- Excellent organizational skills
