Job Description
- Conduct daily outbound calls for construction workers quality verification
- Guide regular onboarding that consist of product knowledge and regulation
- Manage general administrative tasks such as managing data entry & daily report
- Weekly site visit to ensure construction worker's output and quality
- Involve in supervising offline testing activity for construction workers
- Undergraduate students from Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (preferably in late semester or fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Have good communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel or equivalent
- Understand basic of construction method
- Have no problem facing construction workers during online/offline verification
