Key job responsibilities:
- Develop of yearly objective, strategy, and work plan of department based on company's work plan.
- Review the work plan/program implementation and budget draft proposed by sections within department and develop department's budget.
- Develop, recommend, review, and improve standard operating system and procedure.
- Monitor and evaluate implementation of standard operating system and procedure.
- Translate, Develop, and adopt business's framework and best practice into Management System.
- Evaluate, analyse, and study existing business processes in functions
- Communicate, Formulate and evaluate MS Initiatives for company and subsidiaries
- Document, Monitor, and evaluate MS Implementation during operations
- Control, Report and manage information and documents management in company and subsidiaries
- Coordinate identification of gaps/pain point and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyse and evaluate distribution of authority based on Delegation of Authority System.
- Conduct QAR on business and management processes
- Evaluate and analyse findings on QAR
- Bachelor's Degree and/or master's degree in management discipline
- Have at least 5 year's experience in management system, business process re-engineering or change management role
- Preferably having knowledge on Coal mining business process
- Proficiency in English and Project Management skills
- Having quality certification such as Management System Assessor, Six sigma, TQM, or Malcolm Baldrige
- Having experience with ISO 9001 and or other management System.
