Our client is a fast-growing B2B Tech company with a strong presence in the construction industry

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Full ownership of the metrics and results of overall social platform that are being managed
  • Make a content strategy, an editorial plan, and take responsibility for the content management procedures (production, scheduling, distribution, and response management)
  • Work together with key stakeholders to make sure the editorial strategy for social media channels is in line with the needs of the business.
  • Establish social listening capabilities to swiftly spot patterns and give other collaborators insights.
  • Create a meaningful connection with your audience by using a storytelling and conversational approach.
Key Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience as a Social Media manager with a demonstrated track record in driving meaningful social media results
  • Possess solid communication skills in both English and Bahasa (written and verbal)
  • Proven expertise in managing multiple social channels (LinkedIn, FB/IG, TikTok, Twitter)
  • Familiar with social media management and analytics tools
  • Excellent copywriting skills and visual intelligence
  • Comfortable with numbers and data-driven
