Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Full ownership of the metrics and results of overall social platform that are being managed
- Make a content strategy, an editorial plan, and take responsibility for the content management procedures (production, scheduling, distribution, and response management)
- Work together with key stakeholders to make sure the editorial strategy for social media channels is in line with the needs of the business.
- Establish social listening capabilities to swiftly spot patterns and give other collaborators insights.
- Create a meaningful connection with your audience by using a storytelling and conversational approach.
- 3 years of experience as a Social Media manager with a demonstrated track record in driving meaningful social media results
- Possess solid communication skills in both English and Bahasa (written and verbal)
- Proven expertise in managing multiple social channels (LinkedIn, FB/IG, TikTok, Twitter)
- Familiar with social media management and analytics tools
- Excellent copywriting skills and visual intelligence
- Comfortable with numbers and data-driven
