PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of multinational NGO that is looking for Senior Fundraising Officer (English Speaker) to be placed in Jakarta/Remote with details as follow:
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for researching avenues of potential funding, building good relationships with prospective donors, communicating with the target segments/audiences, and drawing up plans to ensure annual targets are met
- Identify opportunities for setting up Islamic Charity and Finance instruments with the Islamic Charity and Finance Project Manager and developing engagement opportunities with stakeholders in Indonesia
- Develop Fundraising proposal and strategy then implement the plan
- Take the lead in writing compelling proposals with clear narrative, logical structure and emphasis according to donor priorities
- To develop, write and produce mailings, e-newsletters and other materials as required?
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Max. 40 years old
- Min. 5 years of fundraising and business development / relationship management / sales & marketing / customer service experience in NGO with good donor databases and contact management
- Preferably having at least 3 years experience in managing staffs
- Experience with strategic planning, key account servicing, partners acquisition and partner relationship management, included making presentation and business letters
- Excellent level in written and spoken English
- Strong computer literacy
- Have knowledge and experience about Islamic Charity and Finance (Zakat, Sadaqah, Waqf, Sukuk, Purification money) would be plus point
