Job Responsibilities
Mission - Assist Japanese *Executive level
・Work as Interpreter as needed
・Create a long term schedule for the executive
・Ensure that the executive attends all important meetings
・Manage the executive's phone calls
・Conduct any research the executive needs
・Make travel arrangements on behalf of the executive
・Problem solve any issues that the executive requests
・Project management and control for executive requests
・Communicate between the executive and employees
・Other duties as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Bachelor or Master in Japan or working experience in Japan with N1 level of Japanese
・Experience as Secretary or executive assistant for Japanese executive or Customer service experience in hospitality industry for two years minimum
・Willing to work extra miles, working under pressure
・Fast learner, quick thinker and hospitality mind-set
・Strong in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
