- Coordinating with the Global Head of HR for crafting organisation-wide objectives and strategies.

- Managing end-to-end HR Operations inquiries focusing on Compensation and Benefits, Mobility, Formalities, and Regulations.
- Perform a seamless on-boarding process that aligns with the procedure and company cultures.
- Preparing and managing the budget of the division.
- Setting performance standards for evaluating local HR teams.
- Tracking KPIs and also suggesting improvements
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources with at the very least 2 Center of Excellence expertise.
- 3+ years in leading Regional Teams.
- Ideally coming from Multinational Consultancy firms.
- Professional level of English proficiency.
- Career path in handling several countries within Southeast Asia.
- Leading role in a high-demand service industry.
