- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources with at the very least 2 Center of Excellence expertise.
- 3+ years in leading Regional Teams.
- Ideally coming from Multinational Consultancy firms.
- Professional level of English proficiency.
- Career path in handling several countries within Southeast Asia.
