As a Sales Agent, you will be working closely with our Financial Suite Business Development Team, assisting its efforts through Lead Generation.
Role's Responsibilities
- Use tools such as LinkedIn, PersistIQ, HubSpot, etc. to perform outbound and inbound sales activities
- Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics of outbound calls, appointments set and opportunities creation
- Answer incoming calls and emails in relation to sales questions. Research accounts to understand the customer’s needs, perform effective follow-up, and create interest
- Build a strong working and communication relationship with the sales, support, and marketing teams
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize lead management
- Interact with prospective clients via phone and email
- Successfully overcome prospect objections
- Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
- Update lead and prospect interaction in HubSpot
- Provide feedback to ensure continuous data integrity

Requirements
- Positive and energetic calling skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
- experience in outbound campaigns and/or Hubspot experience
- 4 years of experience in B2B Sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Results-oriented and familiar working with performance KPIs
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
- Fluent in English
