- Manage all Local Tax Statutory Operations (Returns, Payments), ensuring correct and timely applicable tax filing and reporting
- Responsible for timely tax declarations report, tax reconciliation and tax equalization
- Maintain effective control procedures and documentation over all aspects of the tax process to ensure Tax Compliance being adhered
- Interactions with local Tax Authorities and Tax Audits including handling of tax disputes
- Supervise external tax consultants for any tax case/matter
- Provide business support and advisory on tax matters including preparing finance system to incorporate new tax updates
- Perform all constant and/or special tasks assigned in line with the relevant Statutory Taxation and company procedures
- Minimum Bachelor's degree of Accounting / Fiscal Administration.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a related position from mining or heavy equipment industry is preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in managerial level.
- Have Brevet A & B Certification. Brevet C is added value.
- Have background experience as Tax Consultant is a plus.
- Good understanding of local tax regulations covering corporate taxes, indirect taxes (VAT, Withholding tax, Custom duty) and transfer pricing.
- Strong analytical and communication skill.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes).
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
